Senior MS Teams/Skype Administrator

The Role: Monitor the overall health and handle all issues related to MSO365 package. You will also take care of the implementation & support specifically in MS Teams, Skype for Business 2015/2019, Enterprise Voice and Conferencing solutions. In addition you will design, deploy, migrate & operate the MS Teams environment. Last but not least work closely with your team to support and mentor them through the various processes.

The Candidate: English speaker with a minimum of 4 years of experience with MS Teams and Skype for business. Should have knowledge about upgrading, installing, configuring, designing, and migrating Voice from PBX to MS Teams. Furthermore, one should have an understanding of SIP, SIP Trunk integration, define outbound translation rules, inbound dial plan, and SIP Call flow concepts. Ideally, we will find on your resume PowerShell & PowerShell scripting skills.
