Database Administrator (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

The Role: The Database Administrator will be responsible for the database management. This will include managing the lifecycle of the MySQL, PostgreSQL and Oracle Servers, their support, maintenance and resiliency. Assist the development team with logical and physical design and performance tuning of SQL and Oracle (optimization).

The Candidate: Minimum 2 years experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL and/or Oracle. Understanding of server-client computing and database administration (tuning, management, security, reporting). Theoretical and practical knowledge of ITIL best practice and ITIL certification are beneficial. Capacity to prioritize and flexibility are essential.
