The Candidate: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or other related field. At least 4 years of working experience in Logistics, Sales or Operations roles. Proficient English, both written and verbal communication. Strong operational foundations, working with CRM/ERP systems, and advanced Excel reporting skills. Organizational, problem solving and analytical skills. Empathetic leader who can effectively inspire and motivate the team. Energetic, resilient and adaptable - effectively operate in dynamic, fast paced environments. Apprized with the latest tendencies and practices.
