We are currently looking for ambitious and sales driven individuals to join us as Employee Assistance Program Lead

The Position: Provide operational leadership to a team of coaches and psychologists. Ensure that services and projects run effectively on a day-to-day basis. Lead on the development and implementation of new services. Manage service budgets, risk and resource management within set targets/objectives. Develop mechanisms to monitor and evaluate service impact, including establishing service user involvement groups and client feedback tools.

Тhe Candidate: Charismatic, resourceful, energetic and enthusiastic. Engaging and approachable with strong communication and presentation skills. Market savvy and commercially minded, able to see the opportunity and land it. Ability to work in an agile manner, working flexibly to ensure deadlines are achieved. Experience of developing and delivering training/workshops. Qualification and proven experience within the field of mental health and wellbeing.
