Customer Identity Verification Analyst with German

Authentication of international ID documents and security features for personal identification. Recognizing and documenting fraud attempts. Processing requests and applications through systems and forms. Keeping records of customer comments, interactions and complaints. Contributing to the overall team efforts by accomplishing specific targets.
