For their internal needs, we are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and track paid campaigns and acquisition of new leads with primary focus on lead generation for the B2B brands.

Primary Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns;
  • Handle tracking, pixels, GA4, GTM, conversion events, and audiences;
  • Optimizes B2C campaigns for sales, renewals, upsells, and remarketing;
  • Develop lead-generation campaigns for different company brands;
  • Monitors CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, budget pacing, and performance trends;
  • Work with Marketing Operations Manager on landing pages, creatives, copy variants, and A/B tests.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Bachelor's required; Master's preferred);
  • 2+ years broader marketing experience (brand, CRM, content, or product marketing) in addition to paid acquisition expertise;
  • Experience in managing paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for B2C and B2B campaigns;
  • Proven experience optimizing campaigns for sales, renewals, upsell and remarketing;
  • Experience building and scaling lead-generation funnels for multiple brands;
  • Strong grasp of KPI measurement and optimisation: CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, budget pacing;
  • A/B testing experience for creatives, copy variants and landing pages;
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing ops/creative teams to deliver high-converting landing pages and assets;
  • Results-oriented mindset with attention to budget management and pacing;
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills;
  • Ability to forecast expected growth and key metrics (e.g., installs, leads, revenue) for a given budget, with scenario modeling and clear assumptions.
