Our partner is a well-established investment company with a strong presence in the real estate sector, developing and managing a diversified portfolio including residential developments, office buildings, retail spaces, industrial assets, and hospitality projects.

To support its continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Director who will lead the company's commercial strategy and drive the performance and positioning of its real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading commercial strategy related to asset acquisition, investment planning, pricing policies, sales, and leasing activities;
• Participating in strategic planning and evaluating new investment opportunities and market positioning;
• Overseeing revenue strategies for property sales and leasing across the portfolio;
• Conducting high-level negotiations with investors, corporate tenants, and strategic partners;
• Managing and developing the Commercial Department and setting clear performance objectives;
• Working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Construction, Asset Management, Legal, and HR.

Candidate Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proven senior-level experience in commercial management, real estate investment, or a similar strategic role;
• Strong financial and analytical skills;
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience;
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities;
• Fluency in English and strong computer literacy.
