About the Role:
As a Project Manager (Controller), you will take full ownership of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery across timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You'll lead cross-functional and cross-site teams, acting as the key point of coordination between stakeholders while driving efficiency, communication, and results throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage interdisciplinary and cross-site project teams across development, production, logistics, procurement, quality, and finance;
- Take full responsibility for project performance, including profitability, quality, and deadlines;
- Develop and monitor overall project plans and timelines, ensuring alignment across all functions;
- Track progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions when needed;
- Plan and manage project resources, tasks, budgets, and financial performance;
- Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks;
- Own customer communication, including negotiations on technical changes in collaboration with Sales;
- Ensure adherence to established processes, methodologies, and internal standards;
- Utilize Excel and digital project management tools for tracking, reporting, and coordination.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
- Proven experience in project management (experience in spare parts or industrial environments is a plus);
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial principles;
- Experience with data analysis and the ability to transform data into actionable insights;
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and reporting;
- Experience working with SAP (data entry, maintenance, and governance);
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage complex projects;
- Solid digital mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems;
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent English.
