Job description

As Sales Support Officer, you control the truck-ordering process from quotation to issuing the invoice and delivery of the truck. 

A selection of the tasks

• You process quotes, orders and order-modifications;
• You control the actual order progression and inform the dealers timely in case of any changes;
• In cooperation with the secretary, you make travel-arrangement for the Area Managers. 

Job requirements

• You have a bachelor degree, preferably with knowledge of truck products and services, the transport-branch and dealer-organisations;
• You like to work in an energetic and dynamic environment, you can cope with stress, you prioritize and make sure the work gets done;
• You are punctual, accurate and preferably have administrative experience in a comparable technical (automotive) environment;
• You have financial knowledge with regards to pricing, margins and price-calculations;
• You have good communicative skills in both the English and the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• You are a supportive team-player, who knows their way around computer-systems.
