About the Role

Were hiring a strong mid to senior-level Backend Developer to join our on-site team at Detecting-AI.com a rapidly growing AI SaaS platform. Youll play a critical role in building scalable systems, managing cloud infrastructure, and helping us serve hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. Youll work side-by-side with the founder and core team to drive technical decisions and push product innovation forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain robust backend systems using Python (Django, FastAPI, etc.)

  • Design and implement scalable, secure REST APIs and microservices

  • Deploy, monitor, and manage infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure

  • Optimize backend performance, availability, and cost

  • Collaborate with frontend, AI, and product teams to develop and ship new features

  • Apply best practices in DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, and version control

  • Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and code reviews

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in backend development

  • Strong knowledge of Python and backend frameworks

  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

  • Good understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, SQLite, NoSQL)

  • Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD tools, and secure API design

  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in an on-site team

  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Tashkent, Uzbekistan

  • Experience with microservices or distributed architecture

  • Background in SaaS platforms or high-traffic systems

  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)

  • Experience working with or integrating AI/ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI)
