About the job Intern - IT
DevDimensions is seeking a passionate IT Intern to become a key player in our innovative team!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software, and peripherals.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and user guides.
- Assist in maintaining the IT inventory and asset tracking.
- Support the team in deploying updates, patches, and system improvements.
- Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives as required.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and company policies.
Requirements:
- A fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in CS, SE, IT or related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), networking, and common software applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and remote support tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
