About the Role
DevDimensions is seeking a dynamic People & Culture Specialist to drive employee experience, culture, and HR operations. This role goes beyond administration you will partner with leadership to shape our culture, streamline HR processes, and create an engaging workplace where people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Design and execute recruitment strategies and workforce plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage the full-cycle hiring process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers).
- Develop and implement onboarding programs that accelerate integration and productivity.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Prepare and manage official HR documentation (contracts, offer/appointment letters, payroll records, warnings, and terminations).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Manage and update employee data in HRIS and personnel files (digital and physical).
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Build and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive culture.
- Launch recognition and reward programs that celebrate employee contributions.
- Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring company values are embedded in day-to-day practices.
Performance & Development
- Partner with managers to support performance reviews, feedback cycles, and employee development programs.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate learning & development opportunities.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and coaching conversations.
HR Strategy & Analytics
- Generate HR metrics and insights (attrition, engagement, hiring effectiveness, performance trends).
- Support leadership in data-driven decision-making for talent and culture initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to recruitment, engagement, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Highly organized with strong time management and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office, and HR reporting tools.
- Ability to act with integrity, discretion, and professionalism in all matters.
