Estimator - Custom Homes

Are you an Estimator in Brisbane who actually enjoys the detail side of custom homes?

We’re working with a well-regarded custom home builder looking to bring on an experienced Estimator to support a strong pipeline of architecturally designed residential projects. This is a full-time role suited to someone who understands the nuances of custom builds — not just volume estimating.

The role will see you working across pre-construction, taking projects from concept through to detailed costings, working closely with design, drafting and construction to ensure projects are accurately priced and set up for delivery.

What they’re looking for:

• Proven experience estimating custom homes in Brisbane
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and cost drivers
• Experience using estimating software (Databuild, Buildxact, Cubit or similar)
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications and engineering documentation
• High attention to detail and confidence working through complex builds
• Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and suppliers

• Working on high-quality custom homes (not volume/project builds)

• Hybrid/WFH flexibility may be available over time
