Building Administrator – Residential Construction

An established retirement living developer is expanding its construction team and is seeking an experienced Building Administrator to support live residential projects on the Gold Coast.

This role sits within the construction team and supports projects from early construction through to handover. Youll be responsible for keeping documentation, compliance and processes on track across multiple sites, working closely with construction managers, site teams and external consultants.

This is a hands-on administration role suited to someone who understands residential construction environments and enjoys working across multiple moving parts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing subcontractor documentation, onboarding and compliance

  • Coordinating WHS documentation and site records

  • Supporting inspections, handover processes and occupancy certification

  • Maintaining construction files, registers and reporting

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the construction team

About you:

  • Previous experience in a Building Administrator or Construction Administrator role

  • Background in residential construction, retirement living or similar project-based environments

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Confident communicator who works well with site and office-based teams
