Are you an experienced PA or administrator with construction experience and confident using Onsite Companion?

Were recruiting for a builder/developer on the Gold Coast thats looking for a switched-on Construction PA to support their Building Manager. This is a busy, fast-paced role that sits at the centre of everything coordinating schedules, managing communications, and keeping the construction admin running smoothly.

Youll need to be confident navigating Onsite Companion, as youll be updating jobs, tracking permits, and supporting workflow across multiple builds. Its a great fit for someone whos highly organised, detail-focused, and thrives in a behind-the-scenes support role.

What were looking for:

• Previous admin or PA experience in the construction industry

• Strong working knowledge of Onsite Companion

• Confident coordinating schedules, emails, and documentation

• Great communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

• Someone who works well independently and keeps things moving

This is a Monday to Friday, office-based role with a stable company and a solid team. If you're looking for variety, structure, and the chance to really support the delivery team, this is a great role to step into.
