Supervisor - Investment Homes - Gold Coast

We require an experienced residential supervisor for a role within a reputable investment builder on the Gold Coast and Southside of Brisbane. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this is an autonomous role for a self-motivated and organised building supervisor with a background in volume housing. 

This role will be based on site.

Responsibility includes:

• Sourcing quality local trades
• Working with local authorities, engineers, and inspectors to ensure compliance
• Raising purchase orders and ensuring the costs are recorded and controlled
• Scheduling
• Reporting back to senior management on any issues
• OHS and Environment with emphasis on erosion and sediment control

To be successful in the role, you will require

• Excellent references
• QBCC Supervisors Licence or Builders Licence
• A track record with local jobs
• Good understanding of the Building Code for QLD
• Working knowledge of OHS
• Experience using onsite or similar
