Contracts Administrator - Townhouse Projects

 Job Description:

Are you coming from a background in commerical projects and perfer the onsite CA role?  We have a new project starting in Rochedale in May for 90 luxury townhouses. 

Reporting to the PM, we are looking for someone who has great construction knowledge and experience in good practices to control costs onsite.  We are looking for someone with local project experience. 

Key Requirements 

  • Have worked with a reputable Tier-2 building company
  • Experience Medium Density Residential or commercial construction
  • Knowledge of design and construction contracts and processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients and sub-contractors
  • Understanding of in-project cost control and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ensure all site safety management and reporting is maintained in accordance with company policies.
  • Attention to detail in the maintenance of project documentation
  • Experience in South East Queensland market
  • Tertiary qualifications in Applied Science (Construction Management) is an advantage but not a requirement.
