As an articulate communicator, you will work closely with the senior management team to understand what product mix you are trying to achieve, and then check documentation, that is coming from external drafting services.
This is also a hands-on role and you will need a track record of designing housing and townhouses.
You will work with the construction team to refine the designs for best practice, and the works can be completed efficiently with the materials currently available and the resources available.
This role will be one to make you think, you will be employed for your expertise and experience and once in the role, you will need to have conviction in your own abilities and knowledge.
