Contracts Administrator - Investment Housing

This role is working for an investment builder in Milton, looking after the HIA contract administration for a range of marketing groups and their clients. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will working closely with the internal teams, including the permits team, the supervisors to detail the process of the build and the investment sales team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years working for a project home or investment builder within Australia or a conveyancing background
• A good understanding of HIA contracts
• A can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail

The role is based in Milton so there is plenty of public transport options.

It is paying $80-85K + super.
