Are you an experienced contracts administrator with permits experience who's worked for Australian building companies in the past?

We are recruiting for a well-established builder/developer that's looking for someone to take the lead on construction administration and permits. You'll be working across the full approvals process from preparing documentation and managing applications to liaising with internal teams and councils to ensure everything is ready for site start.

This company focuses purely on spec homes, so there's no client management,  just streamlined systems, a stable project pipeline, and a strong internal team. We are looking for someone with advanced Onsite Companion skills who can step in and take ownership of the role with confidence.

Other attributes:

  • Strong background in contracts administration and permit coordination

  • Advanced experience using Onsite Companion

  • Knowledge of local council and developer approval requirements

  • High attention to detail and excellent time management

  • A confident communicator who enjoys being part of a supportive, fast-moving team

This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday) and would suit someone looking to settle into a long-term role with a company that values experience, structure, and getting things done right the first time.
