House & Land Manager

This growing builder has a solid reputation on the Gold Coast and is expanding their footprint. We are looking for someone that knows the land developers, agents and all the potential blocks that could be suitable for their clients. 

What you'll be doing:

• Working with developers and agents to secure land opportunities

• Partnering closely with internal sales and estimating teams

• Keeping your finger on the pulse of new land releases, pricing, and estate guidelines

• Supporting marketing with up-to-date, saleable packages that actually sell

• Working closely with the packaging team. 

What youll need:

• A background with a volume or project home builder you know the process

• Strong relationships with land developers or a drive to build them quickly

• A head for numbers and design you can spot a mismatched façade from a mile away

• Solid understanding of estate guidelines, overlays, setbacks, and what sells in SEQ

• A self-starter mindset someone who sees opportunity and runs with it

This is a full-time, Gold Coast-based role perfect if youre local or looking to get out of the Brisbane traffic.

Great Salary and overriders with opportunity to make in excessive of $300K PA
