Are you an experienced Production Estimator with a background in residential construction? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working closely with a collaborative team? If so, I'm working on a fantastic opportunity that could be the perfect fit.

This is a full-time, office-based position located in Southport, Gold Coast, supporting residential construction projects across regional areas. It's ideal for someone who's confident managing the estimating process from end to end and enjoys being at the centre of project delivery.

In this role, youll be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing detailed quotes for residential builds

  • Managing the entire estimating process from start to finish

  • Producing reports and monitoring cost efficiency

  • Working with internal teams to support smooth project delivery

  • Providing detailed cost breakdowns for procurement

  • Collaborating with the Estimating Team Leader to meet project timelines

  • Responding to variation pricing for contract teams

  • Using Onsite Companion and Databuild systems (preferred but not essential)

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production estimating within residential construction

  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience with Onsite Companion and Databuild (highly regarded but not mandatory)
