Site Manager - Townsville

Are you a Site Manager with experience delivering commercial projects in the $1M to $10M range?

We are recruiting for role in  North Queensland that's looking for a capable and hands-on Site Manager to take the lead on a range of upcoming commercial builds from childcare centres to retail, health, and light industrial projects.

You'll be managing site activity day-to-day, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring delivery aligns with program and quality expectations. Projects range from $1M to $10M, and there's a consistent pipeline of work lined up. This role is available as either a full-time staff position or on your own ABN whichever suits best.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial site management experience on projects from $1M to $10M

• Confident in managing trades, coordinating schedules, and driving quality onsite

• Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and subcontractor management

• Strong communication skills and a reliable, self-sufficient approach

• Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence essential

This is a great opportunity for someone based in or open to working across North Queensland. Projects are regional but well-supported, and there's flexibility around engagement (PAYG or ABN) for the right person.
