We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial construction projects in Townsville. You will play a critical role in ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are maintained while leading and motivating subcontractors and site teams.

About the Role

• Supervise all site activities and manage daily operations

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to meet project milestones

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and project specifications

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and the internal project team

• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality expectations

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects ($2M$20M+)

• Trade background or construction-related qualification

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and programs

• QBCC Site Supervisor License (or the ability to obtain one)
