Colour Consultant

Are you a Colour Consultant or Lifestyle Display specialist who loves working with clients building their new home?

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping clients bring their home to life — guiding them through colour selections, finishes, fixtures and lifestyle upgrades once their land and plans are locked in.

You'll work with clients at the exciting stage where the structure is decided, and the focus turns to personalising their home. Your role is to confidently guide them through the standard range, optional upgrades and selections, while working within contract allowances and understanding how variations work in a residential build environment.

This role would suit someone who:

• Has experience as a Colour Consultant, Lifestyle Consultant or Display Consultant with a residential builder, or from a supplier environment (tiles, kitchens, bathrooms, finishes, etc.)

• Has a strong eye for colour, finishes and how selections work together

• Enjoys client interaction and can calmly guide people through decisions without overwhelming them

• Understands standard inclusions, upgrades and the practical limits of what can and can't be changed

• Has excellent attention to detail to ensure all selections are accurately recorded

• Is confident saying no when something isn't achievable, while still keeping the client experience positive

• Is organised, patient and professional, even when clients are indecisive
