ERP Consultant Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Consultant Team Leader to guide our consulting team in delivering successful ERP implementations and optimizations for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing projects and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP consultants, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Oversee ERP implementation and optimization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
• Conduct client workshops and presentations to gather requirements, demonstrate ERP solutions, and provide training.
• Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  ERP Solution Expertise:
• Provide deep expertise in one or more ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), staying up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities.
• Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
• Configure and customize ERP systems to meet client-specific requirements.
• Support business development efforts by participating in sales presentations and proposal development.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of new ERP service offerings.
• Ensure the quality of ERP implementations through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, design specifications, and training materials.
• Adhere to all relevant aspects of Egyptian labor law, including fair employment practices, working hours, leave policies, and termination procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an ERP Consultant, with experience in leading teams.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Very good in English.
