About the job Commercial Card Product Manager

The Commercial Card/Payments Product Manager Senior has responsibility for the design, development, and marketing of new products and product enhancements, as well as oversight of the performance of existing product lines within the financial services sector.

What You Will Do

  • Shape the growth strategy for commercial card and integrated payables.
  • Own product performance, including revenue and expense targets across assigned product lines.
  • Review and refine existing products to strengthen profitability and meet customer needs.
  • Lead tasks tied to new product development, launch, marketing, and ongoing support.
  • Partner with Data and Analytics, Sales, Marketing, Servicing, Implementation, and vendor teams to understand user needs and solve clear pain points.
  • Produce marketing, training, and internal enablement materials.
  • Evaluate product results and update product or marketing plans based on performance.
  • Apply strong data analysis skills across forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and portfolio reporting.
  • Manage relationships with key third party vendors that support commercial card and payables.
  • Support Credit, Sales, Risk, Fraud, IT, Servicing, and Implementation teams with timely product guidance.
  • Maintain full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in partnership with Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.


What You Bring

  • At least 5 years of product management experience within commercial card, credit card, or accounts payable.
  • At least 2 years of data analytics experience.
  • Strong analytical ability, including data mining, forecasting, and Excel expertise such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and large data set analysis.
  • Experience leading initiatives and influencing cross functional teams.
  • Background in project planning and delivery with multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Strong skills with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Clear and concise communication across written, verbal, and executive settings.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across all levels.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
