Our client is a global financial services company with a long operating history and a large international footprint. The business enables cross-border money movement at scale, supporting consumers and businesses across hundreds of countries and territories through a highly regulated payments network.

What You Will Do

  • Define, enhance, and document funds-out payment product capabilities, owning initiatives from requirements through delivery and operational handoff.
  • Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable user stories for scrum teams.
  • Lead compliance, legal, information security, and privacy reviews for assigned initiatives, ensuring required approvals are obtained.
  • Conduct technical assessments for new features, enhancements, and fixes, driving alignment across product, engineering, and stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the sprint lifecycle, reviewing outcomes and accepting or rejecting work based on defined criteria.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with QA, UAT, and production testing teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate handoff of delivered functionality to operations, regional teams, and downstream partners.
  • Maintain accurate and complete delivery documentation within Jira, Confluence, and other defined repositories.
  • Identify process and productivity improvements during development and scale phases to improve operational effectiveness and service quality.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Five plus years of experience as a product manager or product owner.
  • Three plus years of experience working on global payments products, including funds disbursement or payment processing.
  • Hands-on experience working within agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Strong working knowledge of agile tools including Jira and Confluence.
  • Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities independently.
  • Availability to work in an office in Atlanta, GA 3 days per week
