About the job Senior Treasury Management Pricing Leader
Our client is seeking a Sr Treasury Management Portfolio Pricing Leader to lead enterprise pricing strategy, profitability frameworks, and pricing governance across the Treasury Management organization. This senior leader owns pricing strategy across TM service offerings, including pricing tools, earnings credit rate strategy, account analysis, and pricing optimization. The role leads product managers, partners across the bank, and serves as the business owner for pricing and profitability engines and account analysis systems. This person works directly for our client and helps ensure Treasury Management solutions remain competitive, profitable, scalable, and aligned with risk, compliance, and enterprise goals.
What You Will Do:
- Own the multi-year product strategy for Treasury Management pricing and profitability frameworks.
- Lead product managers responsible for ECR and account analysis across Treasury Management services.
- Oversee pricing strategy for Treasury Management products, aligned with enterprise profitability goals.
- Partner with internal business lines to support competitive pricing for Treasury Management services and customers.
- Lead governance for pricing models, discounting frameworks, and exception management processes.
- Partner with Finance and internal lines of business on deposit ECR strategy, rates, balance growth, and balance stability.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics to guide pricing and product strategy.
- Drive improvements in pricing, forecasting, and automated pricing optimization capabilities.
- Develop analytics and dashboards to track product profitability, client behavior, pricing effectiveness, adoption, operational metrics, and financial outcomes.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for technology and operations partners.
- Ensure products meet regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards.
- Maintain operational controls and support process and system improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, and Client Advisory teams to understand client needs and translate them into product enhancements.
- Develop value propositions, competitive positioning, pricing sensitivities, and go-to-market strategies for Treasury Management solutions.
- Support strategic client engagements, including pricing negotiations, RFP responses, and complex deal structuring.
- Partner with Technology, Operations, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Accounting to deliver scalable pricing tools and compliant solutions.
- Serve as the primary business owner for Treasury Management pricing and profitability engines and account analysis systems.
- Represent the Treasury Management product portfolio in executive forums and enterprise pricing councils.
- Use data to identify opportunities to improve pricing, automation, and client experience.
- Prepare executive-level reporting and business cases for investment decisions.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in Treasury Management, commercial deposits, pricing strategy, or financial services product management.
- Deep understanding of liquidity management, deposit economics, ECR, and account analysis.
- Leadership experience managing product teams and complex portfolios.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Banking, investments, or insurance domain experience preferred.
- Experience with digital liquidity tools, forecasting platforms, or pricing engines preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks impacting deposits and Treasury Management preferred.
