Our client is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to expand sales of their merchant enablement and connectivity solutions. This quota-carrying role focuses on upselling and cross-selling new products and services into an established base of strategic accounts.

What You Will Do

  • Drive new product revenue growth across North America, executing against the regional go-to-market plans
  • Manage the full sales cycle for opportunities within the assigned customer and segment base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise accounts and strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to increase lead generation, closure rates, and revenue.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quotas and performance objectives.
  • Stay current on payments industry trends, competitive offerings, and partner activity through networking and research.
  • Support lead generation efforts and represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
  • Use Salesforce.com to manage pipeline, forecasts, and account activity.
  • Strengthen the company's market positioning through value-based selling and competitive differentiation.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network, including clients, partners, consultants, and industry contacts.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record of selling payment-focused technology solutions into enterprise accounts.
  • Experience driving revenue growth within existing customer portfolios.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
  • Knowledge of payment infrastructure and connectivity solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in value proposition selling and market share expansion.
  • Ability to analyze territory dynamics and develop a sales plan aligned with goals.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously.
  • Established network and familiarity with related technology segments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
