We are hiring a Product Sales Specialist for our client, a global leader in payments and financial technology. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for a defined set of solutions. You will partner with internal sales and account teams to support strategic enterprise opportunities by leading product positioning, solution design, and deal execution.

You will consult directly with our client's largest and most strategic enterprise clients, helping to position these solutions across multiple merchant verticals in support of broader sales and relationship efforts.

This is a quota-carrying role that requires deep product knowledge, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizations. You will play a key role in advancing product-specific opportunities by aligning client needs with the right solutions and guiding the sales process through proposal, pricing, and negotiation.


What You Will Do

  • Act as the product expert during active sales cycles, supporting enterprise opportunities within your assigned product area
  • Develop tailored solution proposals that align with client business goals and technical requirements
  • Lead product-specific conversations with client stakeholders, including operations, IT, and risk teams
  • Build pricing structures and financial justifications to support product recommendations
  • Manage contract and pricing negotiations in coordination with internal legal and finance teams
  • Work cross-functionally with product, implementation, and service teams to ensure solution alignment
  • Contribute to strategic account planning by identifying where product opportunities fit within the client landscape
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy using CRM tools


What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales, solution consulting, or product-focused business development
  • Proven track record in technology software or services sales to large accounts
  • Proven success closing complex deals that involve multiple stakeholders and product configurations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Deep understanding of solution selling
  • Experience collaborating across departments to deliver client-focused solutions
  • Familiarity with pricing strategy, contracting processes, and internal deal review procedures
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with shifting priorities
  • Ability to travel regularly
