We are seeking an accomplished Leader, Enterprise Sales to lead and scale the enterprise sales organization for a high-growth technology company. The successful candidate will oversee a team of four experienced enterprise sales representatives and build a high-performance culture that consistently achieves and exceeds revenue goals.


This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in SaaS consultative sales across multiple verticals, expertise in payments and data security, and the ability to coach, inspire, and enable sales teams. The Leader will partner closely with Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional leaders to deliver tailored solutions that address client needs and drive market expansion.

This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

What You Will Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise sales professionals.
  • Define and execute sales strategies and account plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven performance.
  • Drive new business development and personally engage in high-value, complex enterprise deals.
  • Partner with Marketing to build pipeline and ensure consistent coverage.
  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with enterprise clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal, and Finance for seamless deal execution and customer success.
  • Track market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategy and influence product direction.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting through CRM tools.
  • Partner with senior leadership on quotas, compensation models, and sales enablement initiatives

What You Bring

  • 12+ years of progressive sales experience, with 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams in payments, Complex SaaS, or data security.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a record of building high-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in consultative, solution-based selling and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Success operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments while managing multiple deals.
