This is a senior leadership role responsible for pricing strategy, liquidity economics, billing, and P&L ownership across Treasury Management and Payments. The role owns enterprise pricing governance, deal pricing execution, and annual price increases for a $250MM P&L. This leader manages and scales a pricing and billing team and partners closely with sales, treasury, product, and finance to drive margin discipline and pricing consistency.
What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a pricing and billing team, setting priorities, performance expectations, and operating standards.
- Own Treasury Management pricing strategy with direct accountability for margin performance on a $300MM portfolio.
- Run new deal pricing governance, including approval frameworks, margin targets, and exception management.
- Own annual pricing actions, including price increases, client communication alignment, and revenue impact tracking.
- Oversee billing accuracy, controls, and operating processes to ensure alignment between pricing, contracts, and invoicing.
- Provide senior-level pricing guidance to sales and client-facing teams across Treasury Management products.
- Manage earnings credit rate and interest rate structures across internal bank functions and customer-facing models.
- Lead pricing simplification across APIs, ERP integrations, information reporting, and core banking service charges.
- Support new product launches by defining pricing models, margin targets, billing structures, and sales enablement.
- Partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Product, Operations, and Technology to align liquidity management, funding costs, pricing, and billing outcomes.
- Build pricing frameworks, tools, and governance models that improve consistency, speed, and financial control.
What You Bring
- Fifteen years of Treasury Management experience with significant depth in pricing, sales-facing support, or client-facing roles.
- Proven people leadership experience.
- Background running deal pricing and enterprise pricing governance in a bank or large financial institution.
- Demonstrated ownership of pricing, margin, and billing for large Treasury Management portfolios.
- Strong understanding of earnings credit rates, interest rate mechanics, liquidity management, and bank funding economics.
- Experience partnering with sales teams on complex deal pricing and profitability analysis.
- Track record of simplifying pricing structures and billing models across multiple Treasury Management products.
- Experience supporting pricing for APIs, ERP integrations, information reporting, or core banking services.
