Our client is seeking a Marketing Director responsible for marketing strategy, brand positioning, demand generation, product marketing, and campaign execution for its payment solutions. This Marketing leader will work closely with Product, Sales, and the senior executive team to differentiate the company in the market. The role focuses on increasing brand recognition, generating qualified leads, supporting merchant and ISV acquisition, and aligning marketing programs to sales growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop concise marketing plans for each market segment aligned to sales growth.
  • Define brand positioning that differentiates our client's payment solutions and supports lead generation.
  • Create market analytics and tailored marketing programs that increase brand awareness with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Manage marketing resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Build and manage the marketing budget and marketing KPIs tied to sales growth.
  • Lead brand strategy for POS terminals, value added services, and service offerings.
  • Increase market awareness and brand equity across target markets.
  • Lead the creation and distribution of press releases, white papers, social media content, and other marketing channels.
  • Drive media coverage aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, merchant needs, and competitor activity.
  • Monitor competitors including Verifone, Ingenico, Castles, and PAX.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive mind share and lead generation.
  • Create differentiated campaigns by industry vertical, including pharmacy, quick service restaurant, and grocery.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data.
  • Develop marketing materials including sales decks, product sheets, case studies, and demos.
  • Develop high-impact tradeshow marketing concepts that drive booth traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.
  • Lead product launches and feature releases.
  • Develop marketing content including website pages, videos, blogs, and product guides.
  • Manage and maintain the company website and LinkedIn presence.
  • Partner with internal departments to align marketing messaging with product capabilities.
  • Create tradeshow emails, LinkedIn posts, outreach content, email signatures, and website updates.
  • Attend tradeshows as needed.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the payments industry.
  • Strong understanding of ISV and merchant acquisition.
  • Experience with digital marketing, product marketing, campaign analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Experience developing brand strategy, marketing plans, and marketing tactics.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and executive teams.
