Our client is a payments technology company seeking an ISV Partner Success Manager to own strategic relationships with ISV partners and support growth across the partner network. This role is focused on expanding partner relationships, helping partners integrate effectively with the company platform, and supporting go to market efforts that drive revenue growth. The person in this role works directly for the client and partners closely with internal stakeholders and partner organizations to improve performance, strengthen partnerships, and support long term success.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the ISV partner network.
  • Own strategic relationships with ISV partners and build strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Support partners as they integrate their solutions with the company platform.
  • Provide ongoing support for partners' go to market strategies.
  • Analyze partnership performance data and deliver regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Share insights and key metrics with leadership and help implement improvements tied to revenue growth.

What You Bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the payments industry within ISV partnership management
  • Knowledge of go to market strategies.
  • Strategic and sales oriented approach, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Highly collaborative.
