Our client, a modern Payment Facilitator that helps SaaS companies grow revenue through embedded payments, is hiring a Director of Relationship Management to lead a managed partner portfolio and oversee a small Account Management team with full ownership of B2B revenue performance. This leader is accountable for revenue growth, processing volume, retention, and margin expansion across a defined partner base. The role evaluates portfolio performance, identifies expansion gaps, and implements disciplined growth strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes. Success requires executive engagement, accurate forecasting, and scalable processes that support sustained B2B revenue growth.

What You Will Do

  • Own B2B revenue performance across the managed partner portfolio, with accountability for meeting or exceeding forecasted revenue, processing, and margin targets.
  • Lead and develop a small, high performing Account Management team with clear revenue ownership, defined performance metrics, and consistent accountability.
  • Assess current portfolio penetration and execute structured expansion strategies that increase share of wallet and processing volume within partner customer bases.
  • Strengthen executive level relationships across key partners to align on joint growth priorities and long term revenue plans.
  • Identify and implement pricing, cross sell, and commercial initiatives that expand revenue and improve portfolio economics.
  • Drive high partner retention through disciplined account planning, performance reviews, and proactive opportunity management.
  • Establish rigorous forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management processes to improve predictability and financial accuracy.
  • Incorporate AI enabled tools and data driven insights to improve opportunity identification, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Travel to meet with partners and attend industry conferences to accelerate growth initiatives.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in payment processing, acquiring, embedded payments, or PayFac environments with direct responsibility for B2B revenue growth.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue and processing targets across partner or merchant portfolios.
  • Experience leading and developing a small Account Management or partner team with measurable commercial accountability.
  • Strong executive level relationship management skills tied to revenue expansion and retention outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of interchange economics, network pricing, and merchant portfolio profitability drivers.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and pipeline management expertise supported by data driven decision making.
  • Ability to travel to meet with partners and attend industry conferences.
