The Sales Director owns revenue growth across new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. This role requires disciplined prospecting, strong deal execution, and consistent performance against revenue targets within complex payments sales cycles.
What You Will Do

Drive new revenue through direct sales of payment and POS solutions.

Maintain and expand a portfolio of existing customers.

Identify high value prospects and build targeted account and territory plans.

Execute a structured prospecting motion across merchants, processors, ISOs, and software partners.

Lead sales cycles from initial outreach through close.

Position payment and POS solutions clearly against competitive offerings.

Manage pipeline activity with accurate forecasting and deal hygiene.

Navigate multi stakeholder buying environments to move deals to close.

Stay current on market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive solutions.
What You Bring

5+ years of sales experience within payments, POS, or related payment technology.

Direct experience selling payment processing, POS hardware, or payment software.

Established industry network across processors, ISOs, financial institutions, retailers, or software providers.

Track record of success across direct and indirect sales channels.

Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.

Comfort operating in competitive, quota driven sales environments.

Experience working cross functionally with internal teams such as product, support, and finance.

Clear, confident communication skills with senior decision makers.

Ability to travel 30% or more as required.
