As a Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist, you will drive the company's people strategy by combining full-cycle recruiting with hands-on HR responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both building talent pipelines and managing day-to-day employee operations. You will partner closely with department leaders to attract talent, enhance engagement, and support employees throughout their journey with the company.

What You Will Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments, from job posting through onboarding.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and recommend hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and improve the applicant tracking system for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding to ensure a strong employee experience.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and employee relations.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
  • Administer benefits, manage PTO tracking, and coordinate performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Contribute to policy creation, documentation, and HR process improvements.

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and recruiting roles, ideally within a payments or financial technology company.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms such as BambooHR or Paychex.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
