Our client is a leading provider of secure payment solutions, offering innovative point-of-sale (POS) terminals and software tailored for merchants, financial institutions, and payment service providers. With a focus on reliability, security, and advanced technology, they empower businesses to accept and process payments seamlessly.  This role supports the evolution of existing products by translating market, sales, and support input into clear requirements and coordinated releases. The Product Analyst partners closely with product, engineering, QA, support, and sales teams and serves as a trusted subject matter expert across the product portfolio.

What You Will Do

  • Gather and document product requirements and enhancement requests from Sales, Support, and customers.
  • Partner with Development and QA to manage product delivery timelines and coordinate releases to market.
  • Translate business and technical needs into clear requirements for new features and product updates.
  • Identify documentation needs, coordinate with technical publications, and review materials prior to release.
  • Communicate software releases and product updates to internal teams and external customers.
  • Act as a liaison across internal teams and customers for product-related questions and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical product knowledge to support sales efforts and customer conversations.
  • Deliver product training for internal teams.
  • Support market and competitive research by compiling competitive intelligence and identifying relevant industry trends.

What You Bring

  • Payments industry experience, with exposure to POS hardware and software.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand how payment products function end to end.
  • Experience managing products alongside projects and operational processes.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Broad understanding of the POS market and competitive offerings.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of EMV payment processes.
  • Education and Experience
  • At least three years of payments industry experience.
  • One to two years of project management experience preferred.
