This role leads enterprise sales strategy across large retail organizations and POS integration partners in North America. The scope includes direct ownership of enterprise revenue, executive level relationships, and the build out of a senior enterprise sales team. The focus is positioning complex POS and payments solutions as core infrastructure for large scale retail environments.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute enterprise sales strategy across large national retailers and POS integration partners.
- Own enterprise revenue performance across new customer acquisition and account expansion.
- Build and lead a senior enterprise sales organization, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Establish clear sales operating rhythms tied to pipeline management, forecasting, and accountability.
- Develop executive relationships across retail, payments, and POS partner ecosystems.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving long timelines, multiple stakeholders, and negotiated commercial structures.
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to align roadmap priorities, positioning, and delivery execution.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with POS integrators, ISVs, and payment technology providers to extend market reach.
- Represent the business at industry events, customer meetings, and partner forums.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success selling POS, payments, or retail technology solutions into large, complex retail organizations.
- Strong existing relationships across enterprise retailers, POS integrators, and payments partners in North America.
- Deep understanding of payment processing, POS integration models, and retail operating environments.
- Experience managing complex enterprise deal structures and influencing C suite stakeholders.
- Ability to build, scale, and lead high performing enterprise sales teams.
