About the job Commercialization & Go to Market strategy Lead
We are hiring a Commercialization & GTM Strategy Lead to drive the go-to-market strategy and execution for a suite of modern treasury and reporting products, including API integrations, ERP connectivity, info-reporting, file modernization, and ledgering. This is not a product development role, but rather a dedicated go-to-market strategy and execution position focused on scaling revenue from $15M to $50M.
You will be responsible for getting the product to market, leading commercialization strategy, managing full P&L, designing pricing models, building an ecosystem around the offering, and establishing key ISV partnerships. This role requires someone who can execute, not just strategize.
This role begins as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to grow a team over time.
What You Will Do:

Develop and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the API/ERP/info-reporting/File Modernization/ledgering product suite

Lead product commercialization efforts to bring solutions to market quickly and effectively

Define vertical-specific use cases and solutions that drive adoption

Create sales enablement tools and positioning for field teams and treasury advisors

Join client calls to support deal progression and articulate product value, demonstrating expert selling and a consultative approach

Design and implement B2B SaaS-style pricing models that support growth and profitability

Own the P&L for the product and be accountable for revenue targets

Identify and activate strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), including the negotiation of key agreements

Build and nurture an ecosystem of partners and integrations that support the products adoption and scale

Build internal alignment across product, sales, and marketing

Translate insights from customer, competitor, and market research into GTM plans

Adjust strategies based on data and feedback from the field
What You Bring:

7+ years in go-to-market, product marketing, or commercialization roles, with a strong background in fintech

Proven track record driving GTM execution, getting products to market, and scaling revenue in a SaaS or fintech company

Experience owning P&L and leading pricing strategy aligned with business goals

Demonstrated success in building ecosystems and leading ISV-focused partnership initiatives

Hands-on operator who can execute strategy, not just design it

Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models and commercial strategy

Experience working directly with ISVs on business development, partnerships, or joint go-to-market initiatives, including selling and solutioning to them

Credibility and presence in client-facing conversations with a consultative approach

Familiarity with modern payment and treasury management platforms

Ability to influence internal stakeholders and support field teams in complex deal cycles

Comfortable starting as an individual contributor initially, with the potential to build a team over time
