We are hiring an Enterprise Business Development Manager to help a fast-growing FinTech company expand its footprint with large enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the hunt building relationships with key decision makers at Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and global brands. You will play a strategic role in driving high-value deals and shaping business development initiatives in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

What You Will Do

  • Lead sales efforts for enterprise prospects, including direct outreach, lead qualification, and nurturing long-cycle deals
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, banks, and large financial institutions
  • Deliver persuasive product demos and sales presentations tailored to prospect needs
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements with enterprise accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support the full sales cycle and onboarding process
  • Represent the company at 8-10 industry tradeshows and conferences annually
  • Drive visibility at events through pre-show marketing strategies and follow-up campaigns
  • Contribute to the design and refinement of business development strategies and playbooks
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads to maximize pipeline conversion


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development, ideally in the FinTech space
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and long-cycle deal management
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding quota in a metrics-driven sales environment
  • Comfortable working across departments and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and consultative selling ability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
