Merchant Services Payments Advisor

The Merchant Services Payments Advisor plays an essential role in expanding client relationships and helping small businesses grow. This remote position serves as a trusted advisor to both partners and clients within our clients business network. By providing tailored solutions and practical recommendations, you will help businesses drive revenue and improve the way they take payments.

What You Will Do:

•  Actively prospect and build relationships with new clients, converting leads into valuable partnerships
• Sell a range of solutions (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, check processing, gift cards, ACH) and navigate complex hardware and software needs.
• Build pipeline, convert leads, navigate complex hardware and software needs, and close deals, consistently exceeding daily and weekly targets.
• Collaborate with various bank units to identify cross-selling possibilities and maximize client profitability.
• Resolve client concerns and build long-lasting relationships based on expertise and exceptional service.
• Thrive in a remote environment, exceeding daily and weekly goals while fostering strong team collaboration.
• Work seamlessly with colleagues, leveraging your virtual expertise and communication skills to drive collective success.

What You Bring: 

• At least 2 years of sales experience in financial services, specifically in the payments industry.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve ambitious targets.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Juggle complex tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite and willingness to travel when needed
