About the job Senior Account Executive - Payment Devices
We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive growth across ISV, ISO, and direct merchant segments in the western U.S. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on selling payment terminal solutions and expanding reach. The right candidate is resourceful, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating across a variety of sales motions.
What You Will Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across ISVs, ISOs, VARs, and enterprise merchant segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact
- Sell Android, Linux, and Windows-based payment devices, including ECR/POS hardware, non-PCI devices, SoftPOS, and unattended terminals
- Understand client business goals and offer hardware and software solutions that align with their needs
- Close business across multiple channels, including payments, ISVs, and direct enterprise accounts
- Support pilot testing and onboarding efforts with prospects evaluating terminal solutions
- Track sales activities and manage pipeline via Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Forecast revenue accurately on a monthly basis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs and drive satisfaction
- Travel throughout the western U.S. to meet with clients and attend trade shows and events
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of experience selling into direct or indirect channels, including ISVs, ISOs, and large merchants
- Proven track record of success in technology or hardware sales, ideally in the payments industry
- Experience selling both POS and payment terminal devices across a variety of customer types
- Confident presenting to a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Self-starter with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage a wide territory independently
