This leader oversees a team responsible for partnerships with payment gateways and ISVs. The role develops partnerships and white label relationships, drives integration efforts, oversees strategic initiatives, and supports commercial growth through strong partner collaboration. Success requires technical depth, commercial skill, leadership experience, and clear execution.

What You will Do:

  • Drive merchant services products across payment gateway and ISV partnerships.
  • Develop and manage relationships with third party payment gateways and vertical solutions.
  • Understand and work with payment gateway APIs, solve technical issues, and make data based decisions.
  • Define and execute the product strategy, including pricing structures, revenue sharing agreements, and profitability analysis.
  • Manage the product P&L.
  • Identify and evaluate potential vertical solutions that align with business goals.
  • Formalize and sign partnership agreements with vertical solution providers.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners and provide resources and support for migration.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive joint initiatives, integrations, and growth.
  • Support commercialization and marketing by training internal and external teams and helping them use the full product suite.
  • Work with sales, development, and operations to bring products to market.
  • Partner with marketing on materials that describe the value of payment gateway relationships.

What You Bring:

  • Payments Product experience specifically with third-party payment gateways and ISVs.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand and work with payment gateway APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proven record developing and executing commercial payment strategies.
  • Experience managing partnerships with fintech companies and gateways.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile with tools like Jira, Figma, and Monday.
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new systems
