About the job Business Development Executive

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our clients ISV partner base by identifying high-potential software providers, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals that drive mutual value. This is a new and highly visible role, with the opportunity to help shape how the company acquires and integrates ISV partners. This person will also collaborate with the M&A team to evaluate acquisition targets through a payments lens.


What You Will Do:



  • Hunt and close new ISV partnerships across priority verticals through targeted outbound efforts
  • Develop vertical insights and tailor messaging based on market trends and partner dynamics
  • Build executive-level relationships to uncover strategic and technical alignment
  • Present compelling financial models that demonstrate ROI and deal value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop customized, compliant proposals
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
  • Ensure integration readiness by aligning closely with onboarding teams post-close
  • Represent the company at select trade shows, virtual events, and networking opportunities

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or SaaS sales (ideally with ISVs, fintech, or vertical SaaS)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through new partner acquisition
  • Strong understanding of software monetization models and embedded payments
  • Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in startup or scaling environments with evolving priorities
  • Strong presentation and proposal-building skills; able to influence senior decision-makers
  • Bonus: Experience selling payments or PayFac solutions into the ISV channel
