The Sales and Business Development Representative is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing early-stage prospect engagement, and contributing directly to revenue growth. This role serves as the initial point of contact for prospective customers and, depending on client size and opportunity scope, may manage the full sales cycle from qualification through close.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and research prospective clients and target markets
  • Generate leads through outbound calls, email, social media, and networking
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and record key information in HubSpot
  • Based on opportunity size and complexity, manage full sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Maintain engagement with early-stage leads not ready to convert
  • Support sales team with preparation of presentations and client materials
  • Track activity, maintain pipeline health, and generate reporting from HubSpot
  • Develop working knowledge of product offerings and go-to-market value propositions


What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage time, organize tasks, and meet deadlines independently
  • Collaborative team player with strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented; thrives in a fast-paced sales environment
