About the job Enterprise Relationship Manager
We are hiring a Relationship Manager for our client, a global leader in payments and financial technology, to serve as the primary point of contact and information resource for their enterprise clients, as well as for internal teams across sales, marketing, product, and operations. You will develop and execute account plans that drive incremental revenue by identifying growth opportunities and expanding the adoption of commerce and payment solutions. This role involves close collaboration with clients within an assigned industry vertical such as grocery, retail, travel, or hospitality, and includes cross selling and upselling additional solutions including Acquiring, fraud tools, tokenization, gift card programs, billing products, and omnichannel platforms.
This is a quota-carrying role that requires strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive growth within complex enterprise environments. You will play a key role in expanding product adoption by aligning client needs with the right solutions and leading the sales effort.
What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with enterprise clients across grocery, retail, travel, and hospitality.
- Identify and develop a pipeline of revenue-generating opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Lead contract renewals and renegotiations to achieve favorable outcomes and long-term client retention.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored product solutions that align with client needs and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Support adoption and expansion of solutions such as Acquiring, tokenization, debit routing, fraud mitigation, loyalty and gift card platforms, billing tools, and omnichannel experiences.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, using data and insights to guide decision-making and enhance performance.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by resolving issues proactively and managing expectations with transparency and urgency.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets by expanding product adoption across your client portfolio.
What You Bring:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client success, business development, or a similar client-facing role focused on one of the following verticals: Grocery, Petro, Restaurant, Travel and Leisure, or Retail.
- Proven success managing and growing strategic relationships with large clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations, renewals, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with commerce technologies, including Acquiring, fraud management, and customer engagement tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and internal collaboration.
