We are seeking a full-time Social Media Coordinator to join a fast-growing marketing team that supports clients in the convenience services sector. This role involves working closely with account managers and content creators to execute social media strategies that drive engagement and client success.
What You Will Do:
- Gain a deep understanding of client products, services, and audiences within the convenience services industry.
- Collaborate with account managers to align social media strategies with client goals.
- Maintain and update content calendars for multiple client accounts.
- Create engaging social media contentincluding copy, images, and short-form videosunder the guidance of the Social Media and Community Manager.
- Partner with creative teams to produce visuals and video content that align with client branding and messaging.
- Capture and edit photos and videos from client locations.
- Monitor client social media platforms for engagement opportunities and interact with audiences.
- Work with analytics teams to prepare monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates to enhance client performance.
- Provide support for internal social media needs as required.
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience in a marketing role focused on social media content creation, preferably in an agency or B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Confidence in creating and presenting social strategy proposals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and social scheduling tools.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for internal or client-facing content.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Bonus: Experience with Oktopost, SocialPilot, and/or Monday.com
