Leader - Commercial Card and Integrated Payables

We are hiring a senior product leader to oversee and scale our clients Commercial Card and Integrated Payables business. This role will lead a team and drive product strategy, platform development, and partnership decisions. The goal is to double revenue by delivering high-impact solutions in the Commercial Card, Virtual Card, and AP Automation space.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the strategy and execution for Commercial Card and Integrated Payables products

• Manage a team of 10-12 direct reports

• Oversee product development and partner-driven solutions

• Make critical decisions about building vs. partnering

• Work across upstream and downstream product functions

• Lead technical conversations related to internal platforms and external integrations

• Own go-to-market strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Evaluate the competitive landscape and anticipate market shifts

• Drive platform enhancements that improve customer outcomes and business growth

What You Bring:

• Strong product leadership experience in Commercial Card, Virtual Card, and AP Automation

• Technical product knowledge must understand how platforms and tech stacks operate

• Proven track record of building or integrating Commercial Card and Payables solutions

• Experience working with platform partners and vendors

• Strategic mindset with experience scaling businesses and teams

• Ability to articulate product decisions in terms of customer and business impact

• Familiarity with market trends and competitive positioning in the payments or B2B fintech space
